Jump right in, the water is fine! The beach front and clear waters of Lake Hawkins make this the perfect spot to go for a swim or just to float with the family and enjoy the sun.

Not in the mood for a swim, there’s always room to hang out on the dock and enjoy the surround sound speakers, drinks from the cooler or just enjoy the breeze and company.

No lake house would be complete without a little boating. The Hawkins have Tahoe that can safely fit up to 12 people at a time for a fun speed around the private lake.

Jump on one of the two Jet Ski’s and zip around the lake as fast as you can. Life-Jackets are required but don’t worry because we probably have one you can borrow!

Want to get off the “beaten” path even more, take a turn around the Lake Hawkins streets or go off roading in the ATV. Comfortably fits 4 people, and uncomfortably 7 family members.

Lake Hawkins has a ton of fish, but Perch can always be found right off the dock for new fishers. Candy is always ready to take anyone fishing as long as you promise to be quiet.

There’s usually a group ready and willing to play cornhole out by the dock but bring any of your favorite outdoor games and the competitive Hawkins’ will come!

Want to get thrown off a tube? Feel like testing your core muscles with a little wakeboarding? Lake Hawkins is a small lake but there’s plenty of space for Craig to help you wipe out.

The selection in Hawkins may be limited but there are enough watering holes perfect for a dinner after a long day of sun, swimming and games in and around Hawkins and Mineola.
